We would like to have the "Customize Ribbon" and "Quick Access Toolbar" selections available in the "Options" menu. And, also we would like to have the the "More Commands" option available in the Quick Access Toolbar's "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" drop down.

Slicer need ability to specify a text field to use as the tool tips when you are using images for your slicer items.
We are creating multiple reports for a single dataset so any changes to measures are done in a single location and we are forced to do subsequent reports via the Service. Would be great if we could edit multiple reports in a single desktop file.
Automatically refresh reports when a change or refresh is detected on the dataset. There seems to be a disconnect between the two now.
It would be good to allow custom markers on maps, such as showing small images of ships, aircraft (see FlightRadar.com) or other relevant icons
There is a no download pbix file option in powerbi.com. Some persons directly use powerbi.com to generate reports and at the end, if the person who needs it require PBIX file. Then we have to do rework
Tables in PowerBI Desktop should be filterable and sortable with the user interface known from Excel, a small icon at each column header.
