We would like to have the "Customize Ribbon" and "Quick Access Toolbar" selections available in the "Options" menu.

And, also we would like to have the the "More Commands" option available in the Quick Access Toolbar's "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" drop down.

We also need to have the possibility to change the icons (especially when the offered one is blank)

Some of the thingies are too far away from where I am clicking. I would like to create a custom collection that I use frequently. I am really surprised that this function isn't native to this product, as it is standard in many other MS programs. Upvoted.

It will improve design efficiency if we could set up our own menus, ribbons and quick access toolbars. The latter is possible although the icons are very small.

Overall, the interface needs some further thought and attention - thanks!

Add Move Up/Down so one can use Alt+1 (without loosing the Feedback button -- which one canot then find when 'removing' it as there is no other option to move to "left" or "up"
