Please add row number display on/off to Table visual. It is very practical.

So obvious; a must for visuals incl. their own filters (NOT Tables/Measures!)

Would be really useful, since currently COUNTROWS doesn't take into account any applied filters on the page. This should work just like Grand Totals on matrixes.

Absolutely need this ability to see how many items are in the table and for looking at reports when troubleshooting reports with other people.

Available since moment 0 in 1985 in Excel. Why is it suddenly ditched dfter almost 40 years of evolution of the tool?We desperatekly need that row number to avoid inesting time creating feeble measures.

Agree this seems very basic so you can reference on row #...and also see # of items on a list so you can see you have a list of 20 or 30, etc. I shouldn't have to create a custom measure to get a row # that has to be customized DAX for every visual matrix/table. It should just be a format option on the table or matrix visual. This comes up every time I create a drillthrough list. Thanks for considering.

This feature is not available yet. Can we get this on the table viz? I do not want to add another column with a value of 1 for every row.
