I think reports should be responsive in every device. Specially on tablets, current market leader is iPad and if a user access a report he sees exactly the same as in DeskTop. There is no way to design a specific design for tablets (as for Mobiles) and PBI doesn't recognize them as a mobile devic...
Decrease Bubble size in scatter plot so that if there is millions and billions of data entries, the plot does not overlap the bubbles, and bubble size should be decrease so that graph does not look conjusted.

When a report is subscribed to, the email is sent on the BI GATEWAY REFRESH time. That's ok, except that the data IN the report is based on UTC. So, a 5pm PST/PDT is after midnight. If the report is a "MTD" report, like so many are, then the data is BLANK because it's a new day UTC time.
Allow multiple start dates and duration per task line. The end result simulates a chart recorder. Allows to see relationships between tasks over time.
