Make the Slicers work as multi-select on the iPad when Pages are pinned to a dashboard The slicers work amazingly on the Dashboards on PC

The slicers work amazingly on the Dashboards on PC now. However they do not work on the iPad. You need to Pin the whole page to get Slicers to work to begin with. On the iPad any click will put you in the report and in the report they are single select! You also lose the possibility of bringing u...

Ability to set a Group Workspace as your default landing page

We have an enterprise client who wants to control access to reports via Group Workspaces. When users log in to Power BI, they have to switch to the Group Workspace before they can see their dashboards. You should be able to update your user profile to specify which workspace is your default. T...

single selection slicer

The ability to configure a slicer to only be able to select one attribute at a time - similar to a radio button. I would like to disable the ability for people to either choose select all or choose multiple slicers.

Hi everyone! The slicer now supports a radio button mode too, with real single-select behaviour. You'll see updated options in the property pane that let you control this. Thanks for your patience and feedback!

Optionally remove focus mode box

Provide option to remove the focus mode border. This has the effect of messing up the experience of the report in most cases. If I want to allow focus mode on a detailed chart, then I can enable it. But in most cases it is extra UI baggage

Create English Step Names Option in localized Power BI Query Editor

Localized Power BI Desktop creates local step names in query editor. There should be an option to choose: Create English Step Names to avoid confusion when Power BI is used in international environments. M language is English, DAX is English and step names should be English too.

I'm glad to report that this option is now available in the June Update of Power BI Desktop: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-june-update/ Option to generate Step Names in English Query Steps generated within the Query Editor dialog are by default localized to the “current installation language”. For instance, adding a Remove Columns step via the Query Editor would result in a new “RemovedColumns” step if using the English-US version of Power BI Desktop. A common area of feedback from many users is that this approach does not scale well when they share Power BI Desktop files with other users running different localized versions of the product and these users also make changes to their queries, as it results in a mix of languages in the Step names. In this update, we’re introducing a new option to “Always generate Step names in English”. Users can now control whether the Query Editor should automatically generate Step names in the current installation language (old behavior, and still the default behavior going forward), or lock it down so that step names are generated in English. This setting applies to all files created in the current machine. This option is available under “File -> Options -> Global” and it only shows up in non-English versions of Power BI Desktop (as it means no change in behavior for English versions).

Selection box for selecting controls

To select charts and other elements on a page, you need to Ctrl+Click to select multiple. It would be great to have a selection box like in photoshop or word and select elements. Also group elements.
