Make an option to export only visible part of the matrix table w/o hidden levels

Do not show buttons full screen after double tap in the mobile app
We need the option to rearrange or add/remove columns, rows, and values with the read access
Now I have to create dozen of copies for each set of rows/columns just to be sure that my data is available for all users with all dimensions they need. It will be much easier if they will be able to drag and drop every field they need and create a matrix that suits them best.

allow end users to build a tables from predefined list of fields/values
Often I create up to 10 versions of the same table with different sets of fields and values. It would be more convenient to allow users to build a table they need from the set of fields and values directly from the reading view
