    We need the option to rearrange or add/remove columns, rows, and values with the read access

    Now I have to create dozen of copies for each set of rows/columns just to be sure that my data is available for all users with all dimensions they need.
    It will be much easier if they will be able to drag and drop every field they need and create a matrix that suits them best.
