January 2017 update, cannot publish updates to reports. Get message "This report was already published to the selected destination". Apparently will not overwrite anymore. Please fix ASAP.

Just like you can add a mailto:address.com in a list and make it actionable, you should be able to do the same with a phone number, with something like a tel: or callto: prefix. The ability to tap a phone number and make a call would make the phone layout version of a report much more valuable.
