Add users belonging to other tenants as PBI capacity admins in Azure
If the user belong to other tenant they are not going to be able to add it as administrator in the tenant which they have Power Bi. For organizations with separated tenants (for sharing in different geographical regions or seperated internal/external tenant) this is a needed functionality.
