150,000 Export Rows

Can the export to Excel limit of 150,000 rows in Power BI be removed? We have large financial reports that exceed this amount regularly. We did not go with the paginated report option because we plan to add visuals to these reports later on. The 150,000 line limit is starting to cause us some grief.

In current design, there are same limitations regarding uncompressed data size which caused export less data then 150,000 without any warning / error message display.

When you're using DirectQuery, the maximum amount of data that Power BI can export is 16-MB uncompressed data. An unintended result may be that you export less than the maximum number of rows of 150,000. This result can happen if:

• There are too many columns. Try reducing the number of columns and exporting again.
• There's data that is difficult to compress.
• Other factors are at play that increase file size and decrease the number of rows Power BI can export.

Would it be possible to remove 150000 rows limit for datasets coming out of Power Bi to Excel? I've built an accounting dashboard that interacts with back-end of Epicor ERP for my company and I am pulling GL records, and most of them are few hundred thousand rows, so 150k limit is really limiting. Thank you!

More than 150 000 data intersections export from Matrix visual to Excel

With only 150 000 data intersections I can sometimes only export at maximum of 5 000 rows. This is very frustrating.

Data export from tiles is limited to first 10000 rows

Table with more than 10000 rows of data cannot be downloaded currently. Export is limited to first 10K rows from the data. Please remove this as everyone handles a large set of data and would want to filter the data based on many conditions and still happen to have more than 10K in the result data.

Increase Export Data Limits

In late 2016, Power BI improved our export data options to allow exporting up to 150,000 rows to Excel from a visual on a Power BI dashboard for Pro users. If you require higher limits, please vote on this idea. If you have more specific requirements, please leave them in the comments.

The capability to export raw data from Power BI is an important function for many users. Presently, the export data limits are as follows and confirmed at the community link below. - Power BI Service (cloud platform): 150,000 row maximum - Power BI Report Server (on-premise platform): 30,000 row maximum Please increase the export limit setting on Report Server to match that of Service. Export to Excel/CSV Sampling Notification - Please provide prior to export

This is an issue we're encountering with large datasets, when data cannot be exported in it's entirety from a table or matrix and is sampled for larger result sets over 30k row for export to csv and 150000 rows for export to Excel. Can a warning message be setup in the Power BI Service to warn users that exporting data over 30k rows will be sampled at the time of export? This is not currently setup in the service, and right now our user group feels they're being misled because they don't know until they open the workbook and view the results that it's incomplete.
