Would like the ability to disable the My Workspace section for users when the company has purchased Premium Nodes.

Not being able to block users from saving to a shared non BYOK encrypted Workspace is limiting take up of the service in many financial companies.

Due to security concern of users ability to publish confidential data to her/his workspace and the inability of admins to audit content in "My Workspace", there is a need to provide PowerBI Admin the option to allow or disable " my workspace".

Disabling "Save" option in Power BI on a Shared Dashboard and Shared Report

Vote on this idea, if you want to disable the "Save" option on a Shared Dashboard and Shared Report; Post Sharing the Report with edit privileges, user can edit the report or dashboard and while saving report "Save As " only should populate to save under users specific Workspace and not to the same Workspace which was shared.

Make the workspace visible only when a single report has been shared from the workspace. Only showing inside the workspace that one single report. This will allow reports to be located within the same folders to which all other individuals have access. Lastly, allow for subfolders within a workspace.

Add tennant setting to restrict sharing from Private workspaces

Managing a Tennant full of public and private workspaces is made near impossible if users are able to freely share reports from their own personal workspaces. I am more than happy with Power BI Pro users being able to deploy their private reports, I am less happy from a company-wide perspective with them sharing unproven datasets from unknown sources. In my view, it would 'complete' the management experience if there was a tenant setting that would allow this feature to be disabled. this will allow more control over what data is shared, with whom.

Option to Block "My Workspace"

Users can publish report to "My Workspace" and share it with others. If someone is sharing a report from "My Workspace" business can't track their activity as only Power BI Admins can access someone's personal workspace. We can't provide admin access to everyone but if we can have option to disable/enable "My workspace" in organization it would be great.

Option to disable the subscribe feature for a particular Workspace

we would like to disable the subscribe feature for a particular Workspace reports. I know we can disable it at the tenant level but that would impact all the workspaces in the tenant. There should be a setting to disable this feature at workspace level or at capacity level

Add shared workspace to Workspace tab for guest user.

When you share your report / workspace with external guest user, guest users have to use full tenant URL of shared workspace..

There is no button to switch between shared workspace and their own workspace.

It would be very useful if guest user can access our workspace from their own workspace.

If this is not possible then maybe guest user can have option to choose guest user account from their account section top-right corner.

Power BI Admin: Disable "Share" function completely

We have Power BI Premium, we want view-only users to only access reports via the published Power BI Apps using their their Power BI Free license. But because sharing is available from within the Workspaces, Pro Users are trying to use the "Share" functionality instead, this results in those view-only users requiring a Pro license and opting to take the Power BI Pro Trial (also can't be prevented!). We need to disable the "share" function so that we can manage how people access content, incur costs and are affected by Pro user changes.
