Export option in Metric/ Scorecard

Often executive level users want scorecard to be send in power point/ pdf format. At the moment there is not Export option available for Metric/ Scorecard like the one available in PowerBI dashboard.

Metric Description Field in Scorecards

We use PowerBI's scorecard to manage KPI driver trees. It would be great to have a standard field for the definition of metrics (what they mean, how they are measured etc.). That would increase the user experience of users who are occasionally involved in reviewing the KPIs.

Allowing Scorecard Metrics to be Linked to Other Scorecard

Often times in organizations scorecards cascade from team, to department, to division, to company. At each level there are usually more metrics than roll to the next level.

While the scorecards can like to a report as a data source it would be good to be able to link to another scorecards as well for manual metrics. Currently the work around is manual entry into more than one scorecards and this hinders adoptions because at least with excel you can create links between workbooks.

This feature would allow single entry and cascading scorecards within the organization.

Scorecard Metrics Visual

Would love to see ability to view a scorecard metric visual that has the ability to show multple metrics on one chart. Additionally should have the function to utilize slicers for metrics, so creators don't need to replicate metrics for each organization or create the ability to easily duplicate metrics without using a script.

Download Pbix option for "Metrics" / " Scorecard"

At the moment Download/Export Pbix option is not available for "Metrics" / " Scorecard" leaving no option for maintaining manual backup options for metric / scorecard. This feature is extremely critical to ensure business continuity.

Allow for removal of Display Units from Scorecard Metrics Values and Targets in PowerBI Service

Currently when you create a Metric on a Scorecard on the PowerBI service, any number entered over 999 is automatically given a display unit (K,M,B, etc). This should be a toggle setting and not a default setting that cannot be altered.

In order to create precision in the numbers now, you have to add decimal points which is very ugly and creates a poor user experience.

The ideal experience should be like PowerBI desktop, where you can toggle display units from a list that includes: Auto, None, Thousands, Millions, Billions, Trillions.

Metrics scorecard change text size

Editable text size in metrics scorecard to display larger texts for each metric, this will allows to oversee your metrics instead of drilling down in each one too see the full text of each metric

Scorecard/Metrics refresh with Enhanced Refresh API

Scorecards/Metrics don't refresh using the Enhanced Refresh API (individually refreshing dataset tables), they only update when the entire dataset is refreshed. Add an API parameter to enable Scorecard/Metrics refreshing.

Track Usage for the Power BI Scorecard / Metrics Feature

The Power BI Scorecard / Metrics feature is a great tool to consolidate reports and dashboards across the full Enterprise.

This feature recommends incorporating the usage of the Power BI Scorecards / Metrics feature with the Power BI Usage Reports. It was confirmed in November 2023 by the Microsoft Product Team that this feature is not currently supported.

Motivation: The audience for Scorecards is typically Senior / Executive Management, this feature would enable team members to (1) measure usage and adoption and (2) adjust as necessary to maximize adoption of the Power BI platform.

Add functionality to move or copy metrics within scorecards

I see we can copy or move an entire scorecard to a different workspace - however it would be helpful to be able to duplicate metrics within a scorecard then make minor adjustments. Setting up new status rules, time periods etc every time is time consuming for when there are several similar KPIs in one scorecard.
