Hi All,
When Power BI Service is loading a report, it shows a spinning wheel to indicate that it is busy.
Currently, the spinning animation is fairly small and displayed on the top left. Sometimes this is obscured by text and quite often not noticeable giving a false sense of perception that the report is loaded and ready.
In the interest of better user experience, I propose that the spinning animation be made larger (about 20 font size) and placed centrally in the visual.

Absolutely we need this. Just make it larger and put it in the center of the visual - the visual is unusable until its stopped spinning anyway.

As many have said, this status animation is very obscure and can mislead users. We also run the risk of users "giving up" when a visualization does not populate immediately and there is no "obvious" messaging asking them to exercise patience while the visual loads. There should be some flexibility in configuring this feature from a developer/user viewpoint, to tailor the messaging as appropriate to the situation. Microsoft, please give this some serious thought and consideration....thanks!

I'd go a step further and say that without this, Power BI is a dangerous solution. Especially if a direct query report generates an instant decision.

Would love to have a way to make the loading spinner of the visuals more visible. This is a much needed feature.

I 100% agree with the proposal. The spinning circles on the top left corner of a visual is barely visible which makes it harder for the end user. It is almost invisible when you apply a background color to the visual title. I'm not sure how other people are handling it but it's apparent that it should be replaced with something that is more visible.

100% agree for larger and colorful dashboards we need larger spinning loading indicator or be able to customize it.
