Date Hierarchy format MMM

Out of the box hierarchy is YYYY, MMMM, Q & DD. This seems to be adequate.

What is lacking is the ability to change the format of those items. MMMM is problematic in both chart and tabular visualizations. In charts the month name is ofter truncated. In table it causes column widths to be inconsistent. If we had the ability to change the format of those se items it would provide a better end user experience. For example, I would change Month format to MMM to give a consistent length. I can also foresee the need to modify Year to be shorter, in YY format when page real estate is at a premium.
