Q&A should not consider hidden columns or ability to turn off columns for Q&A

Q&A seems to be considering hidden columns as well. (screenshot at the end)

It would be highly preferred, if either
> Hidden columns are not considered in Q&A
> Authors given ability to exclude hidden columns (or perhaps even other columns) from Q&A. This can possibly be exposed via the Synonyms pane.
Currently = the synonyms pane, does not let me delete the column name itself. Perhaps if you allow users to delete that from synonyms - that can let authors indicate that this column should not be used for Q&A

QnA does ignore hidden columns. Let me know if you still encounter this issue.
