After waiting for Power BI certification for 2 years now, I have to think the priority level within Microsoft for getting Power BI certification is unfortunately very low. I am afraid the Power BI certification process is going to slip later and later into the second half of 2018 given the lack of energy I see. It would be great if someone on the Power BI team would work to raise the priority level of Power BI certification within Microsoft so they can guarantee that they can get an official certification exam out the door in the first quarter of 2018.

A Free online course is available on edx. Please go through "Microsoft - DAT207x " Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI. Complete the course and all the LAB sections to get certified from Microsoft. To get the verified certificate, pay $50
