allow adjust less than 20 in minimum category witdth in X-axis

Agree with all of the above. 20 is not small enough.

We need to display more categories on a bar chart and when we can reduce it to less than 20 that would already help a little bit

Agree 20 min is too restrictive.

Minimum category-size of 20 is too restrictive - should be able to resize down to a 1-pixel to provide flexibility in optimising screen real estate
