    Support for Zendesk custom fields

    Custom fields that I have created in Zendesk are not available to report on in PowerBI. This would be REALLY useful

    Power BI Connector is available on the Store: https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/834457/power-bi-connector-by-alpha-serve/App allows connecting Zendesk to Microsoft Power BI. Export all Zendesk Support data related to Tickets, Ticket Metrics, Agents & Users, Satisfaction Ratings, Comments, Organizations, etc., and build comprehensive reports.

    The feature is needed and not sure why it is not included right out of the box.
