A subscription will end if the...user account used to create the subscription is deleted. This owner assigned when the subscription is created and cannot be changed.

RECOMMENDED ENHANCEMENT: Allow for another user with edit privileges of the subscription to take over ownership of the subscription. This would allow for simple transfer of the subscription when a consultant or employee leaves the organization.
