It would be good to gave a notification sent over email when the dashboard is getting refreshed.

this is very much required for Power BI Report Server as well.

For high priority reports it would be good if we have enable/disable option for Successful refresh notification

Recently we added the option to subscribe to a Power BI dashboard: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-dashboard-email-subscriptions-a-360-degree-view-of-your-business-in-your-inbox-every-day/. With this new feature users can get an email when data refreshes (but not more than once a day).
We would like to hear your feedback about this feature and see if it answers your needs for users notifications on data refresh. We are also considering to add the option to get a notification to the mobile and to the web notification center on data refresh and would like to ask you some related questions that will assist us to plan this feature. Yes, time we refresh the data (especially weekly refreshes) it's a very important feature to have. Otherwise each time we refresh we’ll have to notify those users manually.

Yes. For dashboards that update monthly, it'd be great if we could set an option to notify users that were granted access that the data has been updated.
