As corporate users (30k+ employees), instead of receiving subscriptions generated on Microsoft template, containing the Microsoft logotype, corporate information etc., we’d like to be able to modify/customize the email subscription template. Furthermore we’d like to be consistent with our corporate communication framework, including the look’n’ feel.
It means we’d like to be able WHAT the mail content will contain and HOW it will be formatted as well.

very crucial feature.just because of this missing custom email subscription feature power bi has no value in my organization.

One option could even be to upload Outlook template files to PowerBI and we can select the one to use in a subscription

Yes, this is a great idea. Also, it will let manage the real estate on a single-page subscription without needing to scroll down.It will be good to have the preview page (Image) custom size setup.

I completely agree that this should be an option for Premium users as we are switching off of Sisense to Power BI and they have this option as we are able to white label the emails, logos along with the email address that the email is being sent from so it looks like an email coming from our company.
