I like the 'Fit to Width' option, but I wish there was an option to make it "max out" at the actual width.

For example, say I have a report page whose size is 900 x 600 pixels, and I'm on a screen that is 2560 x 1440. If I maximize Power BI (Desktop or service) on my screen, then it will display my report page in much larger than 900 x 600. I want it to just stay at a maximum of 900 x 600.

(But when I'm on a smaller screen that is smaller than 900 x 600, I do still want the report page to SHRINK, to fit the width. So I might call this option 'Shrink to Width'.)

This would make such a huge improvement! Most websites these days will resize responsively and this would make it so much easier to support various screen sizes. I like the option to add a Max Width in the page formatting pane.

We need this! Either so that the 'Fit to width' does not exceed the actual width or so that the maximum width can be set in the page formatting pane i.e. Fit to width with max width = 1000px. The current options you have when the page is supposed to be scrolled i.e. either 'Actual width' or 'Fit to width' do not offer a good control on user experience. Adding the max width rule would make this 100% better.
