While PowerBI has provided very friendly user interface through PowerBI app, our organization has a strong need to bring power BI app to equip the full sync of the report onto mobile device mainly because many positions in the organization is mobile, and people often use the transition opportunity to conduct analysis. In addition, we have customers that our sales reps visit located in the area where network is not sufficient to run the report on-line

I totally agree with this requirement as someone working for Emerging Markets that has limited capability for good connectivity
