The "Export and Sharing Settings" in the Admin portal for the tenant do not serve the many different use cases our enterprise has. Some Workspace admins are trying to make their data as easy to share as possible, and so they want all export/sharing settings on; whereas other Workspace admins need to restrict their users from exporting any part of the data out of their dashboard / reports due to the highly restricted and dynamic nature of the data in question.
We would like an option where the Power BI tenant admin can delegate "Export & Sharing Settings" to individual Workspace admins, placing more granular controls in the hands of our many data stewards.

This is HUGE! Especially in the Healthcare Environment where some groups need to be able to export data into Excel while others do not. Due to HIPAA, currently all exporting is turned off for ALL Power BI users at my organization. Not only was this a feature that was expected to be available to my end-users, but now I have to download the report I created for them to view and download, and then send it to them. Seems like a no-brainer feature to have available. Created useful work just so I could create more work for myself... SMH..... PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE ON THE NEXT UPDATE! Thank you! =)
