    Enable particular user or gorup to able to create and use dataflow

    Enable particular user or gorup to be able to create and use dataflow not entire organization.

    Currently in Admin portal of Power BI Service, enabling to use to create and use dataflow is applied to entire organization.


    Would be good if it could be also managed on particular users or groups level.

    Admin portal - Create and use dataflows, enable for a subset of the organization. I would like to see this functionality expanded just like the other portal settings to include the option to limited by "Enabled for a subset of the organization" by naming specific security groups.
