    Enable Dates on Y-Axis to allow for milestone trend analysis chart in line charts

    Milestone Trend Analysis charts feature an X-Axis with Snapshot Dates and a Y-Axis with planned Date values. Currently the Y-Axis in Line Charts only allows for aggregates of number values but not dates like in Excel.
