Create multiple apps from same workspace infect from same Dataset without replicating the dataset multiple times. only option we have now is to update the app and only one app per workspace can be created which a kind of restrict the workspace usability. If we can create multiple apps share it with different users without creating multiple workspace ... means same dataset no dataset replication, will save the storage as well.

There are various reports emerging from the same dataset - suited to different functions & Business user & hence the need to have multiple apps from one workspace will be of significant use

Great to see this is under review I think an alternative way to think about this is allow for a second layer of permissions to be granted at the report level. That way I might have 10 reports and can decide which populations get access to each of them.

Folks, you should seriously consider the feedback provided here. Restricting a workspace to one app hamstrings the app users and delivery of content to users via apps (best practice) and encourages proliferation of workspaces, which creates hell in terms of managing security and RLS, not to mention keeping track of all of that! We should have more apps, not more workspaces!

This feature is definitely needed. I work for a large organisation (10K employees) and we are using Power BI across many business areas. I have 50-60+ reports and growing weekly in 1 workspace and i want to be able to create multiple apps so each business unit can just see reports relevant to either all the organisation or their business area. the list of reports in the one app is getting very long.

Yes, we need it. In this moment, the solution isn't appropiate for a this enterprise level application.
