This drives me bonkers every time I open a PBIX file. I have plenty of other things to do, so after I click the .pbx link I switch to other tasks like writing an email. Power BI Desktop keeps stealing the focus at least three times during the startup, severely disrupting my work. Please stop doing that. It is my decision when to bring Power BI Desktop into the foreground, not yours.

I agree, I also find this very frustrating. When I add a new data source or refresh data in PowerBI desktop it can take quite a while for big data sets. So while the refresh is running, I do other tasks such as writing emails or writing code in another app. When refresh is done, PowerBI suddenly steals focus and interrupts whatever I am right in the middle of doing. It is frustrating and disruptive. When refresh is finished, it would be better if the app just blinked politely in the task bar.
