For people in countries that use 24 hour clock, it is very inconvinient that you have to specify 12 hour clock times, when setting dataset refresh schedule in Power BI online. I don't understand AM/PM and have to look it up every time.

Not only that but there is no universal convention around what 12:00PM stands for. In some countries it's midnight, in others it's noon. If we need a BI update around midday (as it's my case), then it's really not clear when the update is going to run and it creates a risk should the report have a refresh mistake.
