Sometimes the needed granularity for incremental dataset refreshes is more precised than days.
Adding the ability to load only few hours each refresh will improve refresh times dramatically in large and frequently-updating datasets.

I think it would be useful to either have one of two things:Use CRON scheduling to specify refresh periodsAllow for users to specify a periodic refresh. Like every X number of units. Every 2 hours, every 30 minutes, whatever works for them
