Please allow Copy/Paste functionality from Power BI Desktop. We often need to recreate PBI reports in Excel just so we can Copy tables or charts and paste into PowerPoint or simply email it. Need stronger integration with other Office products. Copy/paste seems so basic.
Note: Our company uses PBI Desktop and PBI Report Server (on SQL server) - cloud services are not an option because of Protected Health Information.

This idea has been around since 2014. This should really be in the product as it improves productivity and furthermore competitors Sisense / Tableau have this as standard (as one would expect).

Ditto. Please will someone from the Power BI team post a reply to state their position on this feature. Everyone wants it. There is obviously some reason why it hasn't been included in updates and the community would like to understand why. It is truly embarrassing when users ask why on earth can't POWER BI copy cells.

Power BI Team- this is a major obstacle in getting many members of our team to even consider using Power BI in their daily workflow. They are losing out on the incredible capabilities of this this amazing tool because of this one small thing. I agree with the community here- it an absolutley essential function to convert users into superusers and for us to begin to realize the full potential the tool.

This would help us better connect back to our EMR and CRM systems to correct data issues that are discovered through power bi!

Yes - we want to be able to copy a single cell value!
