If I want to add something like a simple image to a dashboard, the smallest it can be is like 250 pixels. Could you maybe double, triple or quadruple the number of increments do we have more size options?

This is very important. Actually the dashboards visual and design / UI makes it hard for business to even use it...
Please allow some flexibility in terms of visuals size / arrangement and also allow the visuals to be setup in terms of design (colors, fonts etc)
Also please allow a different background (color or image based) for each dashboard.
