In Tenant Settings add possibility to choose 'allow a subset of the organization' to build dataflows with security groups. This is an available feature for tenant settings for workspaces and should be available almost in all circumstances within tenant settings.

Admin portal - Create and use dataflows, enable for a subset of the organization. I would like to see this functionality expanded just like the other portal settings to include the option to limited by "Enabled for a subset of the organization" by naming specific security groups.
