    Add animated "Play" axis on the Bubble Chart

    The Play ability in a Bubble Chart is a great way of discovering and visualizing trends. The current manual way of interacting with the timeline is not really useful.

    And not just for the bubble chart- other visualisations can really make an impact when animated over time
