We have the need to have 2 different workspaces to access the same report. Currently we have to upload the report to the main workspace but then save a copy to the second workspace.
The issue with this is that if you update the main one you have to delete the one from the 2nd workspace and save a new copy.
It would be helpful if when uploading he update it gave you the option of updating the linked copy

I have the same challenge, I'd like the option when saving the report to the second workspace to keep them in sync, so if the parent report changes it automatically updates any synced children reports in other workspaces. Another idea would be the option to overwrite the report when saving it to the second workspace. Having to delete the prior report causes more work if they are also used in Dashboards or Apps.

we have a sub workspace containing reports for publish to web and having to delete the reports each time they get updated causes real problems.
This appears to be the recommended approach. To have a master workspace with your dataset(s) and sub workspaces for specific user groups containing just the reports. So sorting this out and allowing you to overwrite would be massively helpful
