Admins of a report are able to view a list & statistics of users who are subscribed to a report.
This is in regards to users subscribing using the email subscription feature: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-email-subscriptions-in-power-bi-stay-informed-when-it-matters/preview/

There’s a couple of ways an admin can view who is subscribed to a report. First, workspace admins can view and edit all subscriptions to artifacts in a workspace where they have the admin role, see Email subscriptions for reports and dashboards in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn.
Also, we have introduced the Reports GetReportSubscriptionsAsAdmin REST API which returns details on all subscriptions to a given report.

Much needed functionality. How many votes do we need to get it in?

Is this still not a thing? Definitely needed when trying to cleanup instances and knowing which reports have subscriptions, or updating subscriptions when a new report is created to replace an old one.

This is needed for us as we are a 24/7 company and need to be able to notify Dashboard or Report Users when a change is scheduled. All Users of all Dashboards or Reports need to notified when there is a scheduled update or outage of our Power BI Gateway.
