It should be possible to programmatically access the PowerBI-based RLS definitions to enforce access restrictions in cases where the groups are not defined in AD.

RE: API access to RLS groups and definitions.

From this post Solved: RLS Automation Script - Microsoft Fabric Community, we, too, need the capability to automate dynamic RLS and OLS with security groups in Azure AD. Please add these capabilities.

Yes. We need Programmatic access to add users at report or dataset level , currently users can be added only at a workspace (group) level. Also ability to access and add or update RLS for datasets via API would be much appreciated.

Yes I would like to have this functionality. Currently we go to Workspace, select the dataset, form the pop up select security and in the RLS group add the user. It would be great if we could programatically do this via C#

Must have. Security to data is storeD in another system, just need to update PBI RLS base on other system.
