Hello,
It would be great to have an API to get all apps of an organisation as Admin. Get Apps (https://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/apps) just returns installed Apps, I am looking for an endpoint returning all available apps (as Power BI Admin). Would be great if this API can be expanded to also get dashboards, reports, etc included in this app.

Agree. I was trying to pull together an inventory of the PowerBI tenancy and we can get workspaces, reports, datasets but no apps list.
The only way i've seen to see that there is an app for a workspace is when the get reports returns report names with [APP] prefixes.
