Make Text Box easier to format the text

This is close to a bug:
After you have added a text box to your report canvas, typed something into it, and then go to format that text, depending on how you highlight the text, the format options may or may not disappear. If you highlight text with the clicking and holding the left mouse button, AND you release the button while the cursor is still INSIDE the borders of the text box, then the 'Format Text' options will remain. If, however, you release the mouse button with the cursor OUTSIDE the box, like if you want to highlight ALL the text, then the formatting options disappear. What is more, when you click back into the text box, you must re-highlight that same text making sure that you release the mouse button with the cursor INSIDE the box.
Personally I think that when releasing the mouse button with the cursor outside the box should NOT take away either what you have highlighted or the Format Text options.
