Allow formatting of series in formatting pane even if display is suppressed via DAX

I often use DAX to dynamically show/hide series via a SWITCH function telling them to return BLANK () in response to a disconnected slicer. So not all measures in the visual's Measures pane series will be displayed at any one time.

Unfortunately, #PowerBI only exposes formatting options for series that do display. Meaning I can't format these DAX-suppressed series until I make them appear.

This often means I have to change DAX just to format a series, then change the DAX back.

Please expose formatting options for ALL measures that are in the Values pane regardless of whether they currently appear on the visual.
