Can we have an apply or Ok button so that individual filter values can be selected and applied at once? This will particularly help in cases where we have large number of filters and Power BI tries to refresh/load after each filter selection. If the refresh can be delayed until all filter selection is made and apply all button is clicked, it will greatly help in dashboard performance.

'+1, this would avoid having three queries sent to database when three filters are present on the page and all of them are modified at once...
