    Add "Don't overlap value" option to databars (Conditional Formatting)

    Currently, databars often obscure the very numbers they are there to support.

    In this age of social distancing, that's a little like me yelling in your face. Not cool.

    Please give us a "Don't overlap value" checkbox that enforces a gap between databars and the numbers they represent.
