Add an option to all visuals to display the text "No Data" when filtering or DrillThrough results in no records for a visual on the canvas. The average report consumer does not understand that an empty visual means there is no qualifying data. They see it as a failure in the report.

And this is badly needed - the "No Data" text (and formatting) should be customizeable
