When publishing and viewing a report to Power BI web service we have noticed that if the Windows "Change the size of text, apps and other items" display setting is set to 100% the height of all individual rows in a matrix visual to increase in size by a few pixels. When a setting greater than or equal to 125% is used this problem dissappears and all visuals are display the same way as they are displayed on Power BI Desktop App. This causes any overlapping shapes or text boxes to not allign as they do in the Power BI Desktop App.
This is clearly a weird bug that needs to be adressed and fixed by the developers at Microsoft Power BI.

RE: Windows Display Settings causes matrix formatting bug
Now this fix stopped working, suddenly you need to increase the Windows zoom settings to 150%. This is such an annoying and unreliable problem that ruins our organizations entire report portfolio. Please Microsoft, do something about it.
