Ability to exclude tiles/plots from a report-level filter

There is no way to exclude charts from a report-level filter or slicer.

This means I can't make charts showing this month's statistics on the same page as trending plots showing how this month compares to previous months. The only way to do it is enable chart filters on each individual chart, which isn't user friendly when someone wants to change which month they're looking at.

Any chance we can have the option to choose which charts a slicer or filter applies to, like how it works in normal Excel? This functionality would be useful in both Power BI and PowerView
