    We have a number of partners that only provide data via SFTP. We currently use SSIS (with a third party app) to retrieve files then write to staging database for the dataflow to capture through our gateway. Dataflows should be able to connect directly to SFTP.

    Useful/necessary if you would use Power BI to segment customers and use these segments in various Marketing tools.

    Qlik has both FTP/SFTP connectors...
