We can see the description when hovering over the measure in the PBI Desktop. But when this is published to the online version, the description is not showing when hovering over the Measure in the Personlized View Pane and we can see it when we edit the report.
As users don't have permissions to edit the report and want to select the measure in Personalized View Pane by reading the Description.
We would request you to implement the feature that users see Descriptions for Measure in Personalized View Pane.

That would be indeed a much appreciated feature! We invest a lot of time and resources to document our data corpus properly and this would connect it end to end with the report consumers!
