The new feature Export to PDF appears to be just a screen capture of each report - whatever is currently being shown on the screen is what is captured in the pdf. When a report has a Table or Matrix visualization on it with rows that scroll beyond what is shown, these are not captured in the pdf. Need to have all the data show up in the pdf.

Paginated Reports support multi-page exports, to learn more: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-paginated-report

This feature is less than useless as implemented. An export feature showing a subset of data is actually detrimental to reporting purposes, giving people a false picture of what is being reported on.

Agreed, export to PDF and PowerPoint are totally useless if it's just a screen grab that doesn't scroll down the table.

Right now this is useless. I was excited when I saw this being added first, but very disappointed to see that it just shows whats on the screen.
It should not really be called Export to pdf at all............should be call Screen Dump to pdf

For Charts and Graphs its ok but if you have a table or matrix the data is required not half of the page . I understand that you can export to excel but theres also limitation on that too .

Thanks

the 'export to pdf' option is currently just like taking a screen capture as you said, so it is not useful even for bar charts because even in bar charts you would need scrolling.
the option also should be allowed even for single chart or visual not only for a whole report.
