It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

In addition to the support we have for paginated reports already, we have started the work to support this for Power BI reports and expect it to land by the end of the calendar year in the Power BI service. Like for paginated reports, it will be a Premium feature and will be available to customers with either Premium capacity or if you have the new Premium per user license, which will be available at no cost to all users during the public preview period. Chris you had said, "we'll be announcing shortly the ability to publish paginated reports using Power BI datasets". Could you please clarify HOW SHORT this is going to be as we need to do a lot of planning going forward based on this feature.

Very needed. I have come across a task where a user needs to see the usage metrics across all of his available workspaces. However he is not a global admin. The scheduled export can then be re-directed to a storage which can be used as a Power BI dataset. For now no workarounds possible.

We have solved the problem of automated report generation and distribution. BI Helper https://bihelper.tech, our cloud-based solution, uses Power BI Service (or other browser-based reporting) to generate multi-page PDF or PPTX reports with user-defined slicers applied to all pages.
The entire report (PDF / PPTX) is attached to an html email and sent to a defined mailing list, with contact email IDs mapped to slicer values. This ensures that reports are delivered ONLY to the intended recipients.
Users can define a campaign, configure its parameters and run it themselves. Campaign monitoring and reporting is implemented to ensure a ‘sleep well’ user experience.

There's still no way to export or print large matrix tables. I know you don't want users exporting and sharing data with other users without having them pay for more licenses, sure... But it's the number one inconvenience every single time a users needs to share data with an outside party (eg. a customer or supplier). It makes Power BI a chore to use, for every one of my 20 users. If you need to adjust the payment model before you do this then, by all means, go for it... Just give us some serious data export options instead of screenshots already, it's embarrassing having to explain why this is the way it is.
