In addition to the support we have for paginated reports already, we have started the work to support this for Power BI reports and expect it to land by the end of the calendar year in the Power BI service. Like for paginated reports, it will be a Premium feature and will be available to customers with either Premium capacity or if you have the new Premium per user license, which will be available at no cost to all users during the public preview period. You can read more about getting priority access to the public preview for your tenant at this link - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/blog/priority-access-sign-up-for-power-bi-premium-per-user-public-preview-now-available/
Unbelievable that such a fundamental feature should only be planned for Premium
We've built a tool called BI Helper https://bihelper.tech/ to automate the generation of PDF / PPTX reports from Power BI (Pro and Premium), with slicers and filters applied.
With BI Helper, you can select report pages to print, schedule and generate multi-page PDF / PPTX reports and email them to your users. BI Helper has an option to include matrix and table visuals as Excel files, and lots of other advanced features. Our users routinely run reports of up to 30 pages, with the process fully automated from report generation to delivery.
BI Helper is simple to configure and use with your Power BI reports and dashboards. It is secure and scalabe (hosted on AWS) and offers a 14 day free trial. Do try it out and let us know how it works for you.

Once the data load is completed I would like the ability to start a data driven subscription "automatically" from SSIS or ADF, which then sends an email with the produced report to the users concerned.
Not sure why this is not offered as it is a basic reporting function of most products
Allowing automation of a report Visual to Excel/CSV would be really useful, along with scheduling options and refresh checks.

I'd also really like to have an auto-export of an Excel file of a data table from within a report. This would actually be more useful. Anyone can go look at the Power BI file for seeing a report if they don't have a pdf, but if we could auto-export an Excel file to a SharePoint location, I could use that export as a data source for other Power BI reports.
